Board of Review

Each year in March after assessment notices have been mailed to all property owners, the Board of Review meets for the purpose of hearing property valuation appeals. Information regarding the dates and times the board meets will be on your annual assessment notice. A Petition to Board of Review must be filled out for each appeal. This form does not need to be filled out if you are applying for a Poverty Exemption.
