City of Brighton Utility Customers:

Effective immediately, the City of Brighton is providing you the option to request your monthly utility bills to be sent to you electronically by email. This option to request your electronic utility bill can be accessed through the following link:

Online Utility Billing

You will have to first register with Merchant Transact to gain online access to your utility account. Once you have online access, you can then choose an option to have your monthly utility bill emailed to you in addition to continue having a paper bill mailed to you, or you can choose to be notified by email of your monthly utility bill and discontinue receiving a paper bill in the mail. Signing up for the option to discontinue your paper utility bill will save the City of Brighton over $6 per year per account.
