Direct Payment (Water & Sewer)

Direct payment is available for City water and sewer utility bills.

  • Call the utility billing clerk at (810) 225-8041 for details.
  • Copies of household utility bills automatically deducted from checking or savings accounts will still be sent for your records.
  • Do not submit payment if you have received a confirmation for the direct payment service.
  • This program is only available for utility payments, not tax payments.

Credit Card Payment (Utilities and Property Taxes)

Customers can now pay utility bills and property taxes by credit card by clicking here

  • Credit card companies charge an additional fee for this service, based on the amount of the bill.
  • To pay by credit card, call 1-888-2PAYTAX, and use the city's jurisdiction code: 3220
